Return and Refund Policy

We are confident that you will love the products we offer here at Better Alternative Skin Care.

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. However once the parcel ships we cannot cancel the order.

Our return policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can not accept a returned item or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Orders shipped during summer months may melt during transit. Tallow and Butter based products can be whipped back into balms once brought back to room temperature. On occasion, when exposed to heat fluctuations during transit, you may notice a gritty texture to balms. This does not affect usage and gritty texture will melt/blend once on the skin.

Cookies and food items may arrive softer depending on their flavour. We highly recommend storing your Cookies in the freezer immediately once received.

Orders shipped during winter months may freeze during shipping. This is out of our control.

All individual items under $24.99 pre-tax are final sale and are NOT eligible for refund.

All food and beverage items including teas, spices, honey and maple syrup are final sale and are NOT eligible for refund regardless of value.

Items purchased during an online sale event are final sale items and are NOT eligible for refund regardless of value.

Only unopened products that are over $25.00 pre-tax (individual item value) are accepted for refund.

To return your product, you must ship your product back to us.

Return shipping will be at the customer's expense

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will not be granted under the following situations:

  •         Items that have been opened AND used.
  •         Any item not in its original condition or is damaged .
  •         Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refund Approvals - If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
